Non-Discrimination
It is the policy of the Owasso Public Schools to provide equal opportunities without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, age, religion, qualified disability, or veteran status in its educational programs and activities. This includes, but is not limited to admissions, educational services, financial aid, and employment. The school district complies with federal and state regulations for implementing Title IX of the Educational Act of 1972, Title VI, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Inquiries concerning the application of this policy may be referred to the District's Compliance Coordinator. The district has adopted grievance procedures for filing, processing, and resolving alleged discrimination complaints can be viewed in the Policy Manual, Policy #1.22.
